Horrible experience. I went to have my haircut on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago. The girl that ended up doing my cut should not be cutting hair anywhere until she gets some experience. There were 3 haircutters in the salon. The other 2 were ding circles around this one girl. I waited for 2 hrs. This particular girl had a guy in the chair for over an 1/1/2 cutting his hair. It was very obvious she had no clue as to what she was doing. I was praying I would not get her. Sure enough, I did. Management should recognize it as a problem when a hairdresser is spending almost 2 hrs. on a guys haircut!!! It has been 2 weeks and I have to wait to get my hair fixed. I will never step foot in that place again. It's a shame to the other girls that appeared to know what they were doing.
