Empowering Underrepresented Groups
In our recruiting efforts, we champion diverse talent through events, sponsorships and partnerships with campus-based diversity groups and other organizations.
In partnership with Thrive Scholars, we have built an externship program to support high-achieving students of color. The program teaches transferable technical skills, financial acumen and professional soft skills that underpin lasting success in finance.
In addition, we continue to build on our internal programming to support underrepresented groups and foster an atmosphere of inclusion within our firm.
